Fibrome intra-mural asymptomatique

Utérus myomateux avec un petit fibrome, intra-mural, évoluant dans la paroi
postérieure du corps utérin.
Il s'agit d'un fibrome de 26 x 27 mm de diamètre, complètement
asymptomatique.
